SERP Lens provides:

• A desktop application built on Chromium that functions as a web browser for SEO professionals

• A website that provides information, account access, and subscription management

• The Services are provided for professional and commercial use.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches

• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Paid Services

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. SERP Lens does not store or directly access your payment card details.

5.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

5.4 Refunds

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may offer refunds at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Services, including URLs, keywords, search queries, and competitor data.

By using the Services, you grant SERP Lens a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for:

• Providing functionality

• Maintaining and securing the Services

• We do not sell your data.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, branding, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to SERP Lens Ltd.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
