Each SERP Lens plan defines limits for core features. This page explains how limits work and how to monitor your usage.
Feature limits by plan
| Feature | What it controls |
|---|
| Ranking credits | How many keyword-tracking units you can use (credit formula) |
| VPN credits | How much VPN traffic you can use (some plans offer unlimited) |
| Projects | Maximum number of projects per team |
| Team members | Maximum people who can join the team |
Specific limits vary by plan tier. Check your current plan and usage in the in-app billing area.
Add-ons
If you need more capacity without upgrading your full plan, add-ons let you increase specific limits:
- Additional ranking credits — track more keywords or use higher-frequency intervals
- VPN credit boost — more VPN traffic capacity
- Additional seats — allow more team members (enhanced plans only)
Add-ons are purchased from the in-app billing area and stack on top of your plan’s base limits.
Monitoring usage
Check your current usage in the account billing area, which shows:
- Ranking credits: total limit, used, and available
- VPN credits: total, used, and remaining (or “Unlimited”)
- Projects: current count vs limit
- Team members: current count vs limit
Keep an eye on ranking credit usage when adding keywords. If you’re approaching your limit, consider switching some keywords to weekly or monthly refresh to free up credits.
When you hit a limit
- Ranking credits: you can’t add new keywords until you free up or purchase more credits
- VPN credits: VPN disconnects when credits run out
- Projects: you can’t create new projects until you delete existing ones or upgrade
- Team members: new invitations are blocked until you remove members or upgrade
