Screenshots you save are stored in your team’s cloud library, organized by project. Access them from any device when you sign in.
Viewing screenshots
Open a project and navigate to its screenshots section to see all captured images. Each screenshot shows:
- Thumbnail — preview of the captured image
- Label — the name you gave it (or the auto-detected search query)
- URL — the page it was captured from
- Date — when it was taken
- Project — which project it belongs to
Organizing
Screenshots are grouped by project. To keep things organized:
- Use labels — give screenshots descriptive names when saving (e.g. “Homepage SERP - US - Desktop”)
- Assign to projects — always associate screenshots with the relevant project
- Review periodically — delete outdated screenshots to keep the library manageable
Deleting screenshots
Select one or more screenshots and use the delete action. You can delete individually or use bulk selection to remove multiple screenshots at once.
Deleting screenshots is permanent. There is no undo or trash folder.
Storage
Screenshots are stored in your team’s cloud storage. Storage is managed per team, and limits may vary by subscription plan.
