Manage your team’s subscription from the in-app billing area. SERP Lens uses Stripe for payment processing, so you get secure billing with support for major credit cards and payment methods.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Open the billing area in the app
  2. Select a new plan
  3. Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you’re mid-billing cycle, you’ll receive a prorated charge for the remainder of the period.

Downgrading

You can downgrade to a lower plan at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Before downgrading, check that your current usage (projects, keywords, members) fits within the new plan’s limits.
If your current usage exceeds the new plan’s limits, you may need to reduce projects, keywords, or team members before the downgrade takes effect.

Payment methods

Manage your payment methods through the Stripe customer portal:
  1. Open the billing area in the app
  2. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal
  3. Add, update, or remove payment methods
  4. View invoices and payment history

Add-ons

Purchase add-ons from the billing section to increase specific limits without changing your full plan. See credits & limits for available add-ons.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription from the Stripe customer portal. You’ll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
