After creating a project, you can edit its details, organize your list with favorites and sorting, and delete projects you no longer need.
Editing a project
Open a project and click the settings icon to edit:
- Project name — update the label
- Domain — change the tracked root domain
- Project goal — update or add a description
- Competitor domains — add, remove, or change competitors (up to 10)
- Image — upload a new image or re-fetch the favicon
Changes save immediately.
Favorites
Star any project to pin it to the left sidebar for quick access from anywhere in the app. Click the star icon on a project card to toggle it. Favorited projects appear globally in the sidebar, so you can jump to them without navigating to the projects view first.
Sorting
Sort your project list by:

| Date created | Newest or oldest first |
| Last visited | Most recently accessed first |
The last-visited sort is useful when you’re actively working across several projects and want the most recent ones at the top.
Deleting projects
Select one or more projects using the checkboxes, then click Delete. You can delete projects individually or in bulk.
Deleting a project permanently removes all associated keywords, ranking history, and screenshots. This cannot be undone.
Project limits
Your subscription plan determines how many projects you can create per team. You can check your current count and limit in the in-app billing area.
If you’ve reached your limit:
- Delete projects you no longer need
- Upgrade your plan for more capacity
